C.C. Allis Return Policy

 

The C.C. Allis online store maintains a No Return Policy unless the product is defective upon receipt, a warranty issue, or if prior arrangements have been made.

Defective Products: All products that are defective upon receipt  need to be reported to C.C. Allis & Sons within 24hrs of  receipt to be eligible for return.

Products Under Warranty: If you have a product that has failed and that product was purchased from C.C. Allis & Sons then please contact us and we will be glad to help you.

Prior Arrangement: This would be a special situation where both you (the customer) and Chris @ C.C. Allis & Sons have the knowledge that the product that you are purchasing may not be the proper item for your situation. In this case it would be stated that after receipt of the product you (the customer) would have 48 hrs to evaluate the product and contact C.C. Allis & Sons if the product needs to be returned.
